Meet Chef Katie Fisco

Katie Fisco is a Filipina-American chef. She has worked in restaurants on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and Pikes Peak region for over ten years. She lives to tell the stories of Filipino food, history and culture through immersive dining experiences.

As an active member of the community, Chef Katie received the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Southern Colorado, Inc. (PACCSoCo) Kultura (Culture) Award as Executive Chef and Owner of Baon Supper Club in May 2024.

Chef Katie is a graduate of the THRIVE Networks small business incubator class Cohort-14.

Hunger for the Story

From the burnt coconut and chilies of Mindanao to the juicy ripe mangos of Luzon, the beautiful archipelago of the Philippines is diverse in flavors and aromas, numerous as her many islands.
