  • "The generosity and community at the Baon Supper Club was fantastic! but of course the real star was the food! Amazing elevated Filipino food with a twist. So delicious! I attended their 2nd anniversary and I will be dreaming about the short ribs! Falling off the bone, tender, juicy, and oh so flavorful!!! Perfection! Definitely give them a try at their next event!"

  • "The food was wonderful - creative, comforting, and beautifully executed. What stood out most was how thoughtful Cher Katie is, not only in crafting the menu, but also in explaining each course and the story behind it."

  • "As an introvert, I was a little intimidated by a communal dining experience. However, Chef Katie and Gene have created a welcoming environment where I've met incredibly curious and cool people. We bounded over the incredible food and suggested themed questions before each course. I'm so glad I got out my Shell and gave it a try."

  • "Katie Fisco didn't just cook a meal for us; she provided an immersive, cultural experience that was as informative as it was delicious. It was an incredible evening that perfectly matched the surprise element we were hoping for. If you ever get the chance to experience Katie's cooking, don't think twice - it's an adventure for the taste buds that you won't want to miss.

  • Excerpt from Dorina’s Glorygram

“That Sunday, Chef Katie and her husband Eugene arrived. I felt like they were long-lost cousins even though we were meeting for the first time. Right away I could tell they were kindred spirits and fellow foodies, who shared my vision for the evening. They started to set up their serving dishes.

Chef Katie rolled out the food and set the tables. She had made Pancit Bihon, Malunggay Pesto Dip with Veggies, Shrimp Kinilaw, Calamansi Sugar Cookies, and Chocolate Espresso Cake made with Filipino Espresso. Every dish was intentional, showcasing Filipino flavors and celebrating distinct ingredients.”
