Meet Chef Katie Fisco

Chef Katie Fisco is a Filipina-American chef. She has worked in restaurants from the Mississippi Gulf Coast to the Pikes Peak region for over ten years. Telling the stories of Filipino food, history, and culture through immersive dining experiences is her passion.

As an active member of the community, Chef Katie received the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Southern Colorado, Inc. (PACCSoCo) Kultura (Culture) Award as Executive Chef and Owner of Baon Supper Club in May 2024.

From the burnt coconut and chilies of Mindanao to the juicy ripe mangos of Luzon, the beautiful archipelago of the Philippines is diverse in flavors and aromas, as numerous as her many islands. Chef Katie is hungry to tell this kaleidoscope of stories through the unique lens of her upbringing, travel, and never-ending discovery.
